We serve one of the best coffees in Edinburgh, our staff are barista trained and we pride ourselves that through our choice of suppliers, the equipment and the skills of our staff we are among the best in Edinburgh.
Edinburgh based Steampunk Coffee provide our coffee. We use a quality grinder and one of the best coffee machines to ensure every coffee is as good as it can be. We source our loose leaf tea from a local supplier and fill the bags ourselves.
To accompany all this there are pastries from Au Gourmand who we think might make the best Almond Croissants around and cakes from Cuckoos Bakery we try to vary the selection often and keep it simple to ensure the best quality. We also sevre up soup daily from Union of Genius - Official purveyors of the 'Best soup in Scotland' - they won the Good Soup's Guide Best Soup in Scotland award 2013!
